To claim a complete refund, products bought directly from APEX IT SOURCING LIMITED must be returned in clean and fresh condition and in their initial / original packaging. Before you make a decision to return the product, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorisation number from us. Without an approved number, our company will not allow / accept any returns and subsequently no refund claim will be entertained where prior return approval is not sought by the customer. To receive your RMA number, simply call our Customer Service Department at 208 126 8509 or send an email with details and reasons of the return at [email protected]

Returns Are Allowed Under the Following Conditions:

Shipments for the product return must be guaranteed by you. Any failure or injury to hardware during shipping is responsibility of the customer. Shipping and storage charges are non-refundable, and any refunds would not include shipping costs. Refund if approved will be only applicable on product cost and any other cost received by the company at the time of sale is not refundable in any case, products invoiced against a customer's purchase Order.

If a product is returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date and satisfies and meets our return policy criteria and product is returned in its original sealed condition there is no restocking charge.

Returns made after the 30-day return period will be charged a restocking fee. We will review the returned item(s) and, at our company at its sole discretion, charge extra restocking fees and/or grant a partial credit. Items returned in non-resalable condition, products not returned with their original accessories, and products returned defective would all be subject to a higher restocking fees along with deduction of the cost of the accessories.

This principle would not apply to products that are marked as non-returnable at the time of sale and delivery. When the inventory is reviewed upon arrival, our Customer Service Representative may inform you of any relevant restocking fees.

After 90 days from the date of purchase, no credit will be given for returns and also no return will be acceptable, unless otherwise, we have stated and agreed with the customer at the time of sale of the goods, like in some cases we provided extended warranty of upto 1 year.
